Hello , well i'm working and selling game's items through a well known website called marketplace.tf , this website is legally registered and everything and it's legal to sell and buy from it , the problem that i sell alot of items in that website and when i request a payment no matter how much it will take about 5 min of processing they i get notification from the website saying my Your payout failed: Your payout has been blocked by PayPal. i don't know why and i need help please i tried to contact paypal but i can't from a phone because i'm on country that doesn't have a phone in it and tried by sending msg they always not available so this is my last hope.
