@JbVadoos Thats a shame as you must have sent it using the family/friends option and its successfully completed so you can't raise a dispute to get it back again. Try asking your father to add that email address to his paypal account (you can have 8 on the one account) and confirm it to see if the funds show up but he will probably get a message its linked to another account. If he does then all you can do is get him to phone or contact customer services and see if they can help re-gain access via the email address and him uploading i.d. to prove ownership of the account. Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country. Live chat is randomly available. You can send them a message. Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
