Hello all helpful friends, I've been asked by Paypal to enter my ID information. I tried twice: first I entered my national ID number and then my driver license number and in both cases I get the message below. I hesitate to try a third time because as you see from the screen shot below I only have one more attempt. How can I get help to solve this? (I've been looking for a way to contact paypal support but the resolution center and message center don't allow me to write a specific message. Can you please suggest a course of action to solve this? 🙂
