My issue with this company isn’t with pumpkins but I purchased what I thought to be an authentic Bogg bag for $69.99. They advertised it as such! It arrived damaged, and is obviously a cheap knock off! The company offered me a $14 discount, then $21, then 50%, but for a full refund, they want me to send it back to China! I have filed a dispute with PayPal and am awaiting their resolution.

I agree! I purchased a cordless rechargeable Mini Wood Cutting chainsaw and receive a cheap-looking pocket knife. I want my money back! They even charged me .90 for insurance but I can't find any information to even contact them. This order I placed is from Shenzhen Haizhide E-commerce Co., Ltd.

There must be a legal way to look at PP buyer protection. I have had a very inconsistent experience with the protection part of it. Incidentally, also with a transition involving a seller in China. However, I receive products from China regularly and problems are rare. I'm frustrated at the PayPal team in Europe---either the tools or leadership is somewhat dysfunctional.
