Hi there, I am trying to upload a file as requested py Paypal to help resolve an account limitation. the file I have to upload is simply a word document explaining that I don't have a receipt for a certain item and that all I have to do is type a message stating it's 'An old, personal item' However when I try toupload the file I constantly receive a messgae saying the file has to be between 10kb and 5MB. the file size is 11kb and it won't accept it, so I tried making the file bigger to 82kb and still I receive the same message! As it stands I am stuck and desperately need some advice on how to rectify this matter. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!
