When the buyer clicked the Confirm Payment button to make his payment, the ship to address was shown on that page. I suspect that they didn't actually read the page and simply clicked. FWIW, when I moved, it took some time for all of my address corrections to trickle through the eBay and PayPal servers and I almost made this same mistake myself. It is going to come down to their word against yours. You might plead your case to the eBay Seller Protection people and see if they can back up your story. Even if they do, the buyer will probably whine about it and you will probably end up sending a pickup tag
