So, I'm a seller on eBay. And I usually sell random stuff I don't use. So recently, I sold an iPhone 7 to someone. And they first bought the phone and I had to cancel the order since the phone has an issue come up. So that I sold it for parts to the same guy who bought it before, for about 103CAD. Then he got the phone on Monday. After he got it, he said there was a wifi issue, but when I sold the phone to him, the wifi was working fine. (I have photo proof of that). So that threw eBay, I wanted to make a partial offer of 80 dollars, but that sent him 80 dollars rather than taking 80. So the 20 leftover money came to me (103-80=$22) So then I sent him a PayPal request to send me the rest of the 55 dollars because I almost sold the phone to him for 20. And he did so, then I ended up selling the phone for 75 rather than the 103. So now on eBay, the order is done, but he's asking for a refund on PayPal. He said the phone is not working at all. So at this point I know he's trying to get his money back and keep his money. So he opened a case in the resolution centre, and I think I'm going to fight for the case. Please, someone, message me about what to do.
