Can any body in the community help me ? I have registered paypal account since Jan with the help of my partners. I trusted them and let them do all the registration. I am on tourism business registered with Trip Advisor and use Paypal.com as payment plateform. I got registered with paypal and trip advisor. and my tourists are sending money to my account since March this year and until now I have written to paypal office regarding my balance which I can not transfer and worst still I have client willing to pay before Covid19 and he could not send the money. Paypal rejected him. I like to know what is wrong with payapl,I have send the statement of authorization many times and until now still on alert warning regarding the authorization letter. I received phone called from paypal office with unknown number and explained my name, my e mail which is going to expired soon since this has been on from March and no response from paypal until it is going to expired and paypal needs 6 months valid documents. whose fault is this ? is not the incompetence of paypal for not replying to my problem. Can any body tell me how to solve this problem ? And also I like to cancel paypal account, what happened to the balance of my account ? Do they send to sender ? Regards, Abdul Malek Lim
