I too have been scammed by China.  I'm told I can return my package to China at my expense for a full refund.  The address is a complete joke...even the post office said that it made no sense and there would be no guarantee that it could be delivered based on the return address I was given.  Also, would cost me close to 100.00 to ship my package with tracking.  It most likely would be returned as undeliverable too.  I had already paid 100.00 for my order to begin with and received something that was only worth 3.00.  So I'd be out another 75.00 (PayPal covering only 25.00 of the shipping) if I tried to return it.  Out 175.00 for 3 cheap plastic dollar store pumpkins.  Absolutely unbelievable they can get away with this and PayPal won't do anything.  I'll be definitely canceling my account with PayPal. ... I paid 98.00 for 3 "jabbering jack o'lanterns" and got 3 plastic dollar store pumpkins.  This is significantly different than what I ordered. I first filed a dispute because I never received my order and when PayPal contacted the seller (which I've been trying to contact them myself with no luck) they provided a tracking number for delivery which was not any tracking number I had for my purchase.  The tracking number I have for my purchase still shows the package being shipped.  Last week I received a box of 5" plastic pumpkins (which do absolutely nothing), and there were 2 labels on the box.  The first label was from China that was covered by a USPS label from an address in Indiana.  The Chinese label has a tracking number that I had no record of.  PayPal closed my case because the seller gave them this tracking number showing delivery.  I've been trying to escalate this scam purchase, but there's no where for me to escalate because the case was closed by PayPal.  I always use PayPal because I feel I'm protected with my purchases, but now I'll probably not use PayPal anymore since I know they do not protect us with fraudulent scams.     I purchased this from an ad I saw on either TikTok or Instagram...and from my research there are many different company names they (this seller) goes by.  And I'm unable to find the website anymore and when I try to email them the emails come back undeliverable.  I also googled the Indiana address on my USPS label and a lot of comments came up that this individual mails out items that are not what people purchased.  I'm not done with my investigation and will pursue this further to make someone responsible.  ... I had the same thing happen to me as well.  Although tracking number that the seller provided to PayPal was not the same tracking number the seller provided me in the shipping details.  That shipping information is still showing in transit.  It was a purchase I thought was in the US, but turns out it was coming from China.  UGH!  On top of that I can no longer reach the seller.  The website has been taken down and emails are being returned undeliverable.  I filed a claim for items not received.  BUT I did receive something from China (not at all what I ordered) and there were 2 different labels on the package.  One from China that was covered by another label from here in the states.  I had neither of those tracking numbers for any purchases I made.  I was completely scammed in my purchase.  I purchased 3 large singing/talking/animated "jabbering jack o'lanterns" and got 3 very tiny plastic dollar store pumpkins.  I paid 98.00 for 3.00 worth of plastic pumpkins.  PayPal closed my case because they seller provided shipping confirmation.  I've been trying to escalate the dispute but can't because they closed my case.  I've been going in circles on their website to figure out how I'm supposed to "escalate" a closed case.  Apparently you have 20 days from the date you file a claim to further escalate the problem.  There's no option that I can find where I can even start a new dispute for "purchased items significantly not as described" since that purchase is showing in my resolution center as a closed case.   ...
