Paypal knew months and months ago that this vendor was a scammer, but did nothing about it.  After months of back and forth with Paypal and, supposedly them with the vendor, and getting absolutely no where, I finally gave up and reported the issue to my credit card company, who has given me a credit.    I will NEVER, EVER, use Paypal for anything again!  If the only option for payment is Paypal, I won't buy it!!! ... I have had the same problem with at least two items from China. Gave some slack because of the pandemic at first but yesterday I received some cheap gadget I didn’t order and I bet one of these vendors will use this as proof that I “received” my order. Now I have to track where it came from but these businesses often change names and locations. No more ordering from China for me. PayPal is not doing their best to listen to both sides. I also resent having it look like I am trying to scam the system by requesting refunds for items I have supposedly received. Another problem is if you have to return something TO China for a refund it can cost an arm and a leg. It is all bad business. ... View more
