Unable to upload document to resolution center. Has to be png, jpg or pdf. I have tried all and will not upload. Shows a trash can. I ordered a gift and USPS said it was delivered but she did not get it. I have worked on this for 4 hours. Trying different ways to upload. Nothing works. $71 OUT THE WINDOW. Never had trouble like this since I joined eBay in 1998. Someone please help. TY co-lektor
