I am going in circles trying to find out how to find the right link or page to get a refund on the postage for an item returned due to being nothing like what I ordered. Can anyone help me find where I go to to in my account to action this? Googling has not helped.

I have been scammed twice in quick succession from 2 Chinese companies. Being ignorant of the return scam I diligently returned the items paying even more money out to send from Australia to China. I should have realised when my post officer who is from China said "This address no make sense!" I was still hopeful of a refund and being able to claim postage so sent the second parcel back (also nothing like what I ordered) and have now had my claim denied as it could not be delivered. I will probably only ever buy from within Australia now. Which is good for Australia I guess!

I got scammed by a fraudulent Chinese company (stupid I know). Thrrought the resolution centre I agreed to send item back for a full refund. The tracking is showing it has arrived at the location and postal service have attempted delivery for the past 4 days each day. So if the company are not accepting mail or have shut their doors, what happens to my claim and my refund? Have I in fact been scammed by agreeing to return the item as well?
