i opened a case in the resoloution department against farfetch. for a refund of£59 .the parcel they sent was cancelled by myself and the courier returned it to them on october 6 paypal wrote to them and wanted a reply before 9 october i have sent 7 messages to paypal and i have had no response from them not 1. the company farfetch were also informed that the parcel had been returned but they have not replied to me i cant understand why paypal havnt replied nor updated my case so its another day with no reply or refund i would like some help please
