Hello Guys, I have the problem that i received a refund to a credit card 1 for a purchase that i have made in August to a credit card that doesn`t exist any more. I purchased with this credit card a product for 1000€ and the product hasn`t been delivered from the seller so i got the refund, the problem is now that the customer support says that the topic has been closed because i got the refund. The truth is that the card i was using at that time doesn`t exist any more becuase it was broken so I got a new credit card from my bank with a new credit card noumber and now I didn`t get my refund. What shall i do?
