Hi, I sold an item through eBay and the buyer paid through PayPal since then, he was returned the item and I am struggling to process the refund. I did the "activity...transactions" etc but I cant find an option to refund buyer on there. I tried to add my bank details to my PayPal account and no matter what card I use it gives me a message saying "We are sorry.. this cant be processed right now". I then messaged the resolution team 2 days ago but I have had no reply. I would like to return the money ASAP. Thanks,
