Hello, Our paypal account has been active on our website for many years without an issue. Recently we encountered some issues with customers not being able to Express Checkout so we deactivated and went to reactivate our connection however it continues to take me to the Bus Set Up page and once I click Confirm all I get is "Oops something went wrong". I have tried removing the third party API and starting again, no luck. I have tried manually adding the third party permissions, no luck. I have made contact with the tech support team and have had no help so far. I have searched good old google for days. Because we don't want to miss sales, we have activated an alternative paypal account which works and customers can process payment however PayPal have the payments received on HOLD and all we need our business account to be the one that is linked as we have our Capital Loan Payments automatically come out.
