I created a dispute since a company sent me an item totally different from what I paid for. I set the dispute and they accept it, they want me to ship it back to China (which will cost me more than the product itself) and I have been trying to contact a Paypal agent since a week ago and none of my messages have been replied. I read something about creating a shipment through Paypal but apparently, that option is not available for me. Also, I have been getting these emails in which PayPal is asking me for more information. I follow the steps and there is nothing that will allow me to add more files or information. The only option I have for the dispute is to upload tracking info. When I bought the product I paid for the shipment all the way here and now they want me to pay to send it back when they absolutely knew what they were doing.
