@TGB2 1. Check if you had a subscription set up and if so change the funding source from your old bank.... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''. 2. Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and check the old bank account is not selected as your preferred funding option.
