Our business account shows an account alert message with a link to "provide documents that prove your business identity". If I follow the link, it shows the "Thanks! You're all set" page, but the alert remains on the home page. It has been this way since the account was opened a couple of years ago. The account has been operating normally until now, but suddenly customers are reporting unable to pay via the integrated link on our accounting system. I do not know if the two issues are related. Any ideas how to sort this out?
