I have purchased an item from China. They sent the wrong item (by far). I have gone back and forth and now they have offered to refund my money if, I send the item back at my own expense (which would cost as much as the item), in a time frame that is impossible to an address that is not valid. I want to respond to the offer but there is no place to respond. I either have the option of entering tracking information and close the case. I need to be able to continue my case and refuse the offer.
