Hi, Had an issue with a seller. Contacted eBay even if after the 30 days, eBay choose to open a return and the seller agreed for a partial refund. I have accepted the refund. The money was pending and today I have received an email saying that there was an issue with the refund and when I check my account it says that the refund has been cancelled. Now eBay says they can't do anything, while they were happy to help last week. I refuse to contact once more the seller. I have had had enough about it. He is the reason why I missed the MBG. I am getting really frustrated by this situation, not being help to get any help from eBay, PayPal not answering. What can I do? Is the seller allowed to just changed his mind and decide not to go ahead with the partial refund? I am sure that is a contract between two people when you accept the partial refund. Why is eBay saying they can't do anything. It's doing my head in. Is PayPal just going to let the seller go with the money? Please I need some help here.
