Hello! two days ago (from today) I tried to buy a pair of gloves of a website. When checking out, I choose paypal and entered my details. After that I hit the confirm or accept button or whatever it said. Then I got redirected to another site. But before that site could load, I ran to my phone as someone was calling me. My pc went to sleep and i went outside. When i was home, the pc was shut down and when i opended my mail, nothing was there of a purchase. I checked my bank and I have not been charged. When i opened paypal i got the message: On 4 October 2020, 3.315,22 SEK was preauthorized for a purchase on your card xx-xxxx. If it isn’t completed or it’s completed for a different amount, any pending amounts will drop off, usually within a day. What does it mean? Can I cancel the order? Should i ignore it? It said someting about a day and that the pending amounts wil drop off, it has gone more than a day. Still no verification of the purchase, no email, no funds chraged, nothing.
