I ordered a laser engraved and received a ring. I have been offered a full refund but only if I ship it back at my expense. How do I decline this offer. PayPal has not answered any of my messages, but sent me an email saying I needed to supply additional information. The way they described for me to submit this information is not available in the dispute centre. I just want my money back. I have informed the seller that I have no problem sending the ring back with a prepaid shipping label.
