So I went into a website that was referred to me that had an assortment of PS4s on wholesale, I decided to buy a system cause I was in need of a new one, and $80 was a good offer for what they had. I received the confirmation email, and several weeks go by with no reply. I decided to escalate and file a claim with PayPal. Within a couple weeks, they were able to reach out to the vendor; in which they replied back that a package was sent. I just looked into my mail today, and i got a package with a clear iPhone case. I didn’t remember buying a case, but it was when I looked at the package that the transaction ID and tracking number matched the PS4 they said they sent to me. I already have the claim in progress and PayPal is “awaiting to make a decision” and there’s no way to update the claim with the info to further get my refund back. What can I do? (If anything) or is there a way to talk to a physical person so I can pass this info to them and not risk being stymied out of my money?
