Made purchase online and even though business address on seller's website and online is West Covina, CA, I am being told if I want full refund I have to send product back to Vietnam. Please advise. Do I have any recourse???? Thank you.

I had same experience with same company. I have opened a dispute through PayPal against this company in hopes of getting a full refund. This company is falsely advertising their inferior products and scamming consumers. PayPal should be aware of a company ripping off consumers and using PayPal to get their money. This company has disreputable business practices. The company's return address on shipping envelope and business address on their website is in US but company insists customers ship product returns back to southeast Asia in order to get refund. Very unethical.

I have been in contact with seller since opening package with shoes that were not as described in ad. Immediately contacted seller to return product. Was initially informed they would not accept shoes back unless they sent wrong size or were damaged. I pointed out their website's 100% guarantee and now seller is telling me I must return shoes to Viet Nam to get refund even through address on return label from packaging and address on their website state the company is located in CA. I realize I got caught up in a scam of selling inferior shoes but what I am wondering is if I can return shoes to address on label of their packing and still get this seller to refund my money? Package was sent to me through USPS. Thank you
