Hello, where is my refund? PDfiller says that they have refunded my PAYPAL and then PAYPAL emailed me that I should contact my bank if it takes so long to my bank statement. My problem is, my bank says that there is no transaction refund that happens on their end I tried to contact PayPal but PayPal is not that easy to communicate.
