Hello, I've been using PayPal for about 2 weeks now that I've started my small business TS Collections. I've set up my account and linked both my bank and credit/debit card. Every time I click my account balance and click "transfer money", I get a notification saying "Sorry about that. We can't complete this for you right now." The money is also off hold and can be transferred so I don't understand why its giving me a hard time to transfer my balance to my bank account. I've also called PayPal but cannot get through to a real person and went to help guide, still nothing is working. PLEASE HELP!
