Hello, I bum ordered thru uber eats and cancelled it right away, but for some reason paypal still processed the order and I got slapped $45 NSF Fee. No I know its not uber eat cause the have the cancellation order with them and they stated that they did not attempt to put my order thru, it was paypals system that still tried. So how do I get my $45 back from paypal?
