Yes I have same Problem , with no reason they put my money on Hold , i'm not seller just sold my personal item , I had 80 transactions but only few sales Yes taking advantage of people money this is kind of thief , Millions of dollars on hold 21 days , a lot interest , they are leaching the people Paypal is leacher most dirty company , That is just excuse , * make sure the buyer received the money * this is 10 days my buyer received the item i provided Tracking number , and they removed push to receipt button , so my buyer can't receipt the item , because they need put your money on hold to make profit , damn

HI im Not ebay or anywhere seller , I just sold my personal item , Provided tracking number , item already received but still my money on Hold !! i asked buyer to confirm receipt but he did not find any push button to confirm a receipt I had 80 transaction but only 18 of them are sold , im wondering why PP put my money on Hold maybe PP make money by putting people millions of dollars on Hold for 21 days , what about that big money on hold interest ? this is not taking advantage of people with this excuse we want to make sure the buyer receive the items , when buyer already received the items more than one week ? thx
