Hi, I want to know if I can get my money back if I made a payment on some company's account by myself. There was no selling on ebay or anything. We agreed that I will pay them via paypal for some software they will send me. I received the software on my e-mail, but I cannot use it unfortunately. So is it possible to get a refund in this case? I didn't ask them yet but I want to be prepared. Thank you
