My Paypal was permanently limited 200 days ago, and since I have received the email saying I can withdraw my funds, yet when I try to transfer my limited funds ( to my bank) I get this error: There’s an issue with your account My 180 days are UP and I GOT the email saying I can withdraw my funds, what am I meant to do? The message says to contact support, but I get the same old stock reply sent by a bot?
