I have a savings account and a PayPal account. I need to link my savings account to my PayPal wallet but it does not find my bank using the name search or routing number. I know for a fact this SHOULD work as my mother has her checking account from the same bank linked. I don’t want to have to change to a checking account because I already have it set up for direct deposit for my Social Security benefits and I don’t want any changes to interrupt my deposit. I have tried the FAQ/Help files, then the messaging service and called the customer service number I found online. It was automated and told me to send a message to customer service due to not being able to set up the link thru the IVR system. When I did this the automated response said they couldn’t help but I would be added to the queue and I would receive a notification when it was my turn. Then the screen eventually went black due to timing out on my iPad and the message was disconnected. What do I do now? I am so freaking frustrated with the complete lack of human assistance I’m pulling my hair out. I realize they are busy but I’m willing to wait as long as I can get assistance.
