In May I paid $37.98 for 2 outdoor golf games. At the beginning of June I received 2 GOLF BALLS. There was no indication as to whether the golf balls came from the company I had ordered the games from. I contacted the company twice by email to say I hadn't received the goods I paid for. In July they informed me I hadn't received the goods as there had been a shortage. I had opened communication with PayPal and they were investigating. I got an email from PayPal yesterday to say they have closed the case as the company has provided tracking details. I have not received these items and $37.98 is really expensive for 2 golf balls. Any suggestions what I can do next? I will name and shame the company if I don't get any satisfaction from either them or Paypal.
