Is it actually possible to talk to a human at Paypal? I rang and after a lengthy menu and adding in my code, it said it couldn't help me, to use the message centre and hung up on me. I messaged via the message centre and it said it couldn't help me. I have a current dispute. The seller offered a full refund and gave an address to return item. Address is wrong (it's in China) and will not show as valid at AusPost so I contacted them outside of Paypal (because I had no other choice as there is now no way to add anything to the dispute except a tracking number) and the seller is now saying they are going to resolve my issue. I really need to speak to a human at this point as there is only 7 days left before the dispute closes. Any help at this point would be wonderful.
