I bought a cash card about 3 weeks ago, and created a PayPal account the same day. I put $30 on it, and paid a $2.95 charge to buy the card. I added the card to my new account but PayPal said I would need to wait to get a code. After waiting 5 days, I assumed that there had been some kind of problem, so I removed the card from my account and tried again, adding the card to my account and requesting a code. It has now been almost two weeks and I still haven't received a code, it's also been more than 10 days and I haven't gotten anything through the mail. Is this just a lost cause? Is my $30 gone? I also tried calling the help center but PayPal couldn't find my account!
