Someone hacked my PayPal account and completed an instant transfer, stealing all of the money I had in my account. I am trying to report this as fraud and get my money back but PAYPAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS USELESS!! Every time I try to use the resolution center to dispute the charge it says there is an error and won't let me make a claim. I messaged Paypal through the chat box AND on facebook and got nothing. I have called the fraud line which is not working. WHAT DO I DO??? I want my money back and I do not want to wait 6 months....it says reports must be made within 60 days of a fraudulent transaction, but I am not getting anywhere with this.
