I have used this card before on my transactions and everything worked great! I stopped using it for a while, and now I needed to use it. I have used it now, and I am caught up in all sorts of problems. When I used it first, I used it to purchase something on an online store. It didn't work, so I unlinked, my card, then relinked it again. It didn't work, so I repeated the process. I then proceeded to contact customer service about it. They told me that I couldn't add my card again due to it being a security feature to prevent some types of scamming. I quickly went through the code verification process, and we moved on to the topic of why my transaction didn't go through. I had enough balance, and it just turned out it was a conflict with my bank. I settled everything with my bank, and when I went to add my card to PayPal. It just declined. I contacted customer service once more, and they just told me that my card was going under a security review and in 72 hours I should try again, this was on September 25. Fast forward to today. I tried adding it, and still declined. I contacted customer service, went through the code verification process, and they just told me that it doesn't work. They haven't given me a clear explanation, nor tried to solve my problem, they just told me to try again with another card. May I ask how is this possible? And if so, is there ever a way to use that card again on my account? These are trying times, and I don't have another card on hand to use for paypal. Paypal is the only platform I can use at the moment to pay my bills. Thanks.
