I've sent a message to all of their available customer service options (Twitter, Help Support, Message Center) that I know of. The twitter one replied and told me that my request would be brought up to "concerned team" and still hasn't gotten back to me at this point. They don't even reply anymore regardless of what I request. Wtf is even the point of having a customer service that doesn't even reply? I've already sent a copy of my ID. Wtf is even taking them so long, it's literally just changing a **bleep**ing name to match the ID I sent.
