Paypal is the absolute worse.I was a victim of aggravated Identity theft and all of my accounts were compromised. I attempting to recoup my money I filed disputes for the charges as instructed by the DOJ and submitted case records, police reports ect. paypal initiated dispute and the company does not respond and paypal denied the case and doesn't return my money this has been ongoing for months and now they have disabled my ability to dispute. One of the companies I was able to work with myself finally and they returned my funds approx 24,500 back into my paypal account. I cannot reach the other company and paypal is no help.
