I recently purchased a pair of Obsidian AJ1 off of Grailed. I did so, knowing I was PayPal protected, and when the shoes arrived I noticed the sellers account on Grailed had been banned. Grailed gave me no notification of this. I then used the CheckCheck app, which told me twice that my sneakers were fake. I FURTHERMORE emailed KITH, for the seller provided a KITH receipt with the sneakers. KITH confirmed the receipt was forged. I then went to file a PayPal claim. The seller requested I return the shoes, to China, even though they were originally shipped from California... PayPal gave me the only option of response to the seller as providing tracking information. I added my extra details, explaining I did not want to ship inauthentic shoes for it was illegal, and gave all my proof the shoes were fake. PayPal denied my claim, because I provided false tracking info when there was nothing to provide. I did not provide any because it is illegal to ship counterfeit goods by mail, and I did not want to return the shoes to a scammer. I also emailed Grailed throughout the entire process, and they have been slow to respond, and not professional. PayPal unfairly closed my case, and I request they reopen it, or refund me. Can anyone provide any other help?
