Hi have provided proof of identity and address multiple times, and have had no response from paypal for the last few weeks. This is beyond frustrating! I send messages on the message centre, and get an automated response since I am a "valued customer" and they dont want to keep me hanging so I get a wonderful automated response as per " As a valued customer we want to help you make the most of your PayPal account. We prefer not to leave you waiting for an answer, so we’ve replied with this automatic message, hoping you'll find your answer below." ... It seems paypal loves to keep you waiting!
