Received e-mail from paypal regarding transaction

"As checked, your sender sent you a payment on Sep 4, 2020, 09:06:58 AM IST and at that time your KYC was not completed due to which your account was not enabled to receive funds. Hence, any payment sent to you will be automatically reversed to you within 30 days. However, on Sep 4, 2020 10:12:25 AM IST you completed and verified your KYC and your account was enabled to receive funds. Now you can ask the sender to send you payment and you will be able to receive it without any hassle. All received and completed transactions will be automatically withdrawn to your linked bank within 24hrs." Above mail was in response to a complaint about a payment that was not showing in my transaction list. I withdrew the amount from Fiverr. Will PayPal send the amount to me or it will be reverted back to Fiverr. In Fiverr its showing "withdrawal initiated". So I am unable to withdraw more amount. ... View more

I have received a mail from PayPal stating that " Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre. " I am finding nothing in the resolution centre as this was my first transaction. Please help. ... View more

Paypal is asking to go to the resolution centre. But there is nothing showing in the resolution centre as no transaction is showing. This is my first transaction in PayPal.
