Hi, So yesterday an unauthorised payment of £798 was taken out of my account to purchase two hoovers from dyson.co.uk. The order details show that it is being sent to an address that is not associated with me. I've contacted Dyson customer service and they'r going to try and cancel the order. I've also contacted my bank but there's nothing they can do other than temporarily freeze my current account to prevent any more payments being made. The payment is still pending, I've tried going through the resolution centre however I get the following message: "We’re sorry, you can’t file a case on this type of transaction. Please refer to our User Agreement for more details." The transaction doesn't appear when in the online chat. Is this because the payment is still pending? Obviously I've tried speaking to a human but the PayPal offices are closed. I've since changed my password and added some extra levels of security to my account. Any Advice would be hugely appreciated. Thanks
