Hey, I have recently been scammed by paypal and a chinese seller. They advertised a remote control boat, and sent me a piece of plastic. I elevated a dispute to a claim, and now paypal came back with a resolution that involves me paying to ship the item back to China. This is obviously unacceptable, the seller committing the scam should have to pay for shipping. Also, my refund is conditioned on the seller reporting that the item was returned, which is almost comically inadequate as this seller has no incentive to do so, as they want to keep the money. I tried paypal customer service, and after sitting through a robocall, they say that they are not taking calls of my type at this time. Being as paypal has put a time limit for when I can respond to the offer for a refund, I have been backed into the corner. Paypal's logo's are all over this companies website, and they seem totally ok to keep facilitating this scam so they can get their percentage. Does anyone know how to get in touch with a person that works at Paypal, and not a bot? Does anyone have any experience with this, I am sure I am not the first person to go through this process?
