I am being scammed by a chinese company and paypal is doing NOTHING. I've been in this case for almost 3 months now and Paypal keeps rescheduling the resolution day every 5-10 days. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact a person by phone, when I put the code, the IVR says that they cannot help me with my request by phone and I should check the resolution center or send an email. It is not possible to send an email, the system will not let you do it. It is not possible to send a message using the resolution center, no option for that. They are not even answering in the social media apps. What the heck is going on Paypal? is Paypal dying? I purchase a desktop desk for my computer on June the 12th. I noticed it was scam starting July and opened the dispute. I receveid an item from China, but is COMPLETELY different than the item I paid for, this chinese company sent me some fake tracking information that wasn't even mine. What are you people doing? I am sure I am not the only one with these issues. I've been using paypal since more than 10 years ago, I understand the COVID situation, but almost 3 months waiting? c'mon!
