At the end of November an Italian buyer on Depop bought a bracelet from me, so I sent it out the next day international tracked and signed. Royal Mail then mistakenly sorted it to go to “India” which of course raised the alarm of the buyer. I was advised by Royal Mail that this would be rediverted from India back to Italy as they would see there that it was sent to the wrong country. Either way, the buyer filed a dispute on Paypal and Paypal awarded a refund in the buyer’s favour despite the issue being largely out of my hands. I checked this morning and, as RM had advised, the parcel is now in Milan central sorting hub which is an hour from the address I sent the parcel to. The question is, how do I go about getting my money back as I dont want the buyer to have the goods and have her money also? This isnt right!! Tracking info is on Paypal so please can you help? Not sure what to do!
