Issues with double charges to your customers

If you are having issues with double charges to your customers please contact me as I am going to file a class action lawsuit against PayPal. The issue is when customers check out they get an error message. The message says to refresh or try again later. When they refresh they get charged a second time. If they try again they get charged again. I have made several attempts to contact PP but their customer service line is terrible. I need people to join in the lawsuit. I had the same issue when I tried to use PayPal ShipStation app. See below. I refreshed and got charged twice. Even though I got an error message the shipping label was sent to me twice. I did another label and did not refresh and sure enough the label was sent to me anyway and I was only charged once. I have contacted PP several times, but they said they prioritized this to correct it, but after 2 weeks, there was no contact from them.   Every person who has been double charged confirmed that they got an error message and refreshed.   ... I am having the exact same problem and I think the issue is with Paypal as it is about 1 out of 10 transactions and just started recently. I used Paypal Shipstation and when I clicked to purchase I got an error message to try again later. I did try again and got another error message, but when I checked my email there were 2 labels and 2 charges. A week later I purchased another label and same thing, this time I checked email and the label was there and charge as well. If I had kept trying like message said I would have had many labels. Change email to send payment received notice

I set up my account with my business email not thinking about the number of messages of payment received I would get there. I set up a special email to send notices to so my inbox is not cluttered with these emails but can't see how to change the email to send the notices to. I have searched all over Paypal and can't find a way to switch. Thanks for any help! ... View more
