On August 23rd, I received an email saying that my account was Permanently limited. I got surprised because I have not even been contacted to send any proof or anything like that. I've sent some email and I guess it makes some effect since on September 1st I received an email saying that my account was temporarily limited and asking for documents. I've updated all of it, and as my account was able to start a live chat again, I started one to talk about some withdraws that I made, but that PayPal got it back from my account, and it wasn't showing on the statement. Then, the guy who was talking with me, send me an automated Permanently limited message. By buggy, I mean that it has not the full behavior of a permanent limitation, nor a full behavior of a temporary limitation. Now I have access to a live chat inside the support menu(which I didn't have while it was permanently limited) Now, on September 2nd, I received an email saying that my account was "partially restored", and on the body's, it asks me "to provide the remaining information to regain full access to your account". I rushed to the Paypal website, but when I go to the limitation details, keeps me showing that old message about the permanent limitation. I already tried to talk with many support live agents, but none of them seem to understand and keep me saying that my account was good up to September 1st, and then came the temporary limitation, and as result, I got a permanent limitation. Does anybody know what can I do, or who can I talk to, to make a human that really knows the system go for it and let me provide the "remaining information to regain full access" to my account? I'm just astonished by all the situation, because I've made around 20k selling stuff on eBay on my first month, and 4k of it is still stuck at the Paypal. And now I can not open a new account(since i don't have another phone number, neither a bank account and an address), and because of that I can not sell on eBay.
