I would like to complain about the incredibly in adequate customer service i have recieved. As you can see, i have an ongoing PayPal dispute PP-D-72489337 in which someone on Deepop tried to scam me, on the 3rd of August you decided that i would receive a full refund if i was to send the shoes back and supply tracking infomation, ITS BEEN 19 DAYS SINCE I SENT THE SHOES ! I have literally sent you the tracking infomation 'JS111700165GB, Royal Mail' And not only can you see that the shoes were sent to the correct place but also you can see that they were also signed by the person in question. Now can you PLEASE explain to me why it it taking so long for you to simply process my refund!!!, Its nearly been 3 MONTHS since i started this case and it still hasn't been fully resolved, honestly disgraceful. Another thing in which i think is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE is the fact that you keep extending the Estimated case resolution date by 1 day, everyday !!
