Hi, Someone purchased a brand new ipad keyboard off of my ebay. I provided the serial number and exact type of ipad in the ebay description. I also state on all my items for sale I don't accept returns. The buyer should of been aware of this before he bought the item, he is now saying the item doesnt fit his ipad. Now paypal is making me refund him and he is sending back now what used to be a new unopened Ipad keyboard but is now an opened item. This does not seem right of paypal. anyone else have this issue? any recommendations? Thank you
